1. Overview of Services
Phoneado App
The Phoneado Utility/Messenger App provides Admin and Guest communication access, allowing users to make voice calls, send texts, video chat, and share media across iOS and Android devices. It also includes international dialing via a drop-down flag covering 190+ countries and 300+ area codes.
Phoneado Backup Smartphone
The Phoneado Backup Smartphone includes pre-installed apps and features that cannot be deleted, including the Phoneado App. It supports WiFi-only access and includes an e-chip for low-cost internet. The device is distraction-free and does not support downloading of social media or entertainment content.
2. App Features

Admins can sync contacts and media. Guests can make calls via their own contact list without accessing the admin’s data. - Cross-Platform Compatibility:
Seamless communication between iPhone and Android devices. - Location Services & Safety:
Includes find-my-phone, voice command, and location sharing features. - Global Use:
The app supports international use through country and area code selection.
3. Device Features
- Backup Communication:
Designed for emergency, leisure, or situations where your main device is lost or damaged. - Preloaded Apps:
Includes Phoneado App, Messaging, Contacts, Email, Calendar, Uber, CashApp, and more. - Emergency Access:
Built-in access to 911 services. - Distraction-Free:
No social media, streaming, or gaming apps allowed. - Automatic Photo Syncing:
Images captured on the device are automatically uploaded to your primary phone’s gallery.
4. Pricing and Internet Usage
- Phoneado Backup Smartphone is priced at $199.99 USD.
- The device works on WiFi only and does not require a data plan.
- A low-cost internet-only e-chip is pre-installed for basic access.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and app access.
- Use the Guest section responsibly—do not use it to access or store someone else’s personal data.
- Phoneado is intended for legal and respectful communication only.
6. Limitations of Liability
Phoneado is not responsible for:
- Connectivity failures due to WiFi or third-party service outages.
- Device damage caused by misuse.
- Loss of data from third-party apps.

8. Changes to Terms
